Spring Thornhurst Manor Wedding

We love seeing bright ribbon colours on our sporty Jaguar XF wedding car, so were thrilled when a lovely bride-to-be got in touch to book us and said the colour scheme was orange. You can see just how amazing the ribbons look in the photos below and it was a perfect match with the groom’s tie!

Our day started at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in Doncaster. It’s got great views of the racecourse and a luxurious interior. And we were really happy to hear that the staff there looked after the groom so well when they realised it was his wedding day.

Keren chauffeured the groom and his son from the hotel to the wedding venue, Thornhurst Manor in Owston, Doncaster and then after a few photos, drove to the house in Doncaster to pick up the bride. Because the groom was ready at the hotel nice and early and there was virtually no traffic on the way, it meant the wedding car was due to arrive at the bride’s house earlier than expected.

In this scenario we still head straight to the house so we know we won’t get held up by on the way, and we simply knock on the door to let the bridal party know we have arrived but tell them not to worry - we never rush anyone and are always happy to depart only when the bride is ready.

Once the bride was ready to leave, Keren chauffeured her to the venue where the wedding co-ordinator and photographer were waiting to greet them. As the whole wedding was held at the venue, the couple didn’t require a journey in the car after, so we made sure that both the groom and the bride got the chance to have their photos with the car before they went inside.

After ensuring the bride was happy with the photos she’d had with our Jaguar wedding car, we waited whilst she entered into the venue before leaving. And because the venue and gardens are so pretty we of course stopped for a couple of quick photos on the way out, before slowly driving away to leave the happy couple to their perfect day.

We are so glad that Angela and Geoff booked with us, and we wish them all the happiness in the world. And a big thank you to them for leaving Keren such a lovely recommendation via our Facebook reviews page:

Excellent and professional service. We booked Nostell chauffeur co for our wedding. Keren was absolutely lovely and nothing was to much trouble, we were made to feel special. I would highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

Winter Wedding at Barnsley Town Hall

When we receive a booking for Barnsley Town Hall, we know it’s going to be a good day and plain sailing for the bride and groom. Every wedding we’ve ever attended there has ran smoothly, and the staff members are helpful and always on hand.

Not only that, but Barnsley Town Hall is such an impressive building, and has well kept gardens and lovely fountains for photos after the ceremony.

For this wedding we were booked as a total surprise for the bride and groom by the bride’s very thoughtful brother. We started by chauffeuring the groom and his two best men to the ceremony. And to keep it a surprise for the bride, Craig took a specially planned route so we didn’t drive past the bridal party address.

Craig then went to pick up the bride who was delighted to see her beautiful white wedding car, especially as she had been told all long that she would be driven to the ceremony in her brother’s Micra!

Our Jaguar XJL wedding car stayed parked outside the Registry Office during the ceremony and photos. And was ready and waiting for the bride and groom’s onward journey to their reception at The Limes in Staincross, Barnsley.

We’d like to thank Mark for booking our Jaguar XJL, as it was such a pleasure being part of this wonderful surprise for the happy couple Lindsey and Ian.

Autumn Sheffield Town Hall Wedding

One of the great things about a Sheffield Town Hall ceremony is the central location. For a smaller wedding it works perfectly to walk to a nearby venue or restaurant, to have the wedding reception or a celebratory meal after the ceremony.

In this scenario we are booked for transport to the ceremony, and with our 2 hour hire package it means we often have time to chauffeur both the groom's party and bridal party there.

Craig first arrived at the groom's parents' house where he drove the groom and his two groomsmen to Sheffield Town Hall in style, in our white Jaguar XJL. He then drove across to the bride's house where he chauffeured for another two journeys - the first for the bridesmaids, and the second for the bride and her Father.

Our Jaguar XJL is our largest wedding car, and is perfect for the bride and her Father to enjoy the journey to the ceremony in a spacious and luxurious cabin, with plenty of the room for the bridal dress. The car was decorated in bonnet ribbons in lilac - the couple's colour for the wedding.

The bride and her Father then had time for a few photos with the car in front of Sheffield Town Hall, before going inside ahead of the ceremony. We'd like to congratulate the lovely bride Heather and her groom Michael, and thank them for booking us for their big day.

Leeds Town Hall Wedding Surprise

Surprise wedding car booking

This wedding booking was arranged by the Mother of the bride, as a surprise for the bride and groom. Surprise wedding car bookings are so much fun to be part of, especially when they are so well organised!

The booking began at the bride and groom's home in Wakefield, where it was great to see the happy look on the bride's face when she spotted our white Jaguar XF Sport wedding car parked outside, adorned with ivory bows. When everyone was ready Keren chauffeured the bride and her bridal party to Leeds Town Hall for the ceremony, and waited parked outside with the car.

This was a Friday booking, and for weekday weddings the town hall ask couples to use the side entrance on Calverley Street. Couples can choose to exit from that entrance too, but often they opt to have some photos on the steps at the front, so that's where we usually park for them.

After the ceremony and photos, Keren served glasses of the newlywed's favourite bottle of bubby provided by the Mother of the bride, and chauffeured them to the Restaurant Bar & Grill (The Old Post Office) in the centre of Leeds for their wedding reception meal.

Thank you again to the lovely Mother of the bride for booking us for Sophie and Daniel's big day, and for her amazing feedback below that was submitted to us via our testimonials page:

Just a note to thank-you, to a start of very wonderful, memorable day. Keren was a delight to be around, and the service provided was excellent, nothing too much trouble, many thanks once again from start to finish faultless.
